Resize Policy

We accept the customer's requirements of changing the size for all our items, but please note:

1. Customer should undertake any related shipping cost.

2. We offer free resizing for your order within 30 days after the original order was deliveried.

3. Resizing of all orders within 60 days only could enjoy three times in total after the original order was deliveried. Total resizing period must not exceed 60 days.

4. All rings resizing could not exceed 1 full size.

5. Resizing is not avaliable for wide band rings, eternity band rings. Contact our customer service representative for details

Please note:

Each resizing will occur a small fee of $10 if your order time exceeds 30 days after the original order was deliveried.
