60-Day Return Policy

To make your shopping easier at Jewsilver, we offer a 60-day return/exchange policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your shopping, please contact freely with us within 60 days from the delivery date, we will process your return/exchange request asap.

Return & Exchange Conditions:

a. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.

b. The time frame for return & exchange must not exceed 60 days from when the original order was received.

c. All items must be returned in their original condition, without scratches, signs of wear, resized or altered in any way.

d.When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that could track on it.

e. Returns or exchanges with no tracking will not be processed.

Fully Guaranteed Return & Exchange Policy: (Jewsilver undertake return postage fees and replacement postage fees)

a. Received a wrong item.

b. The item is broken, defective, or has an incorrect engraving.

Limited Guaranteed Return & Exchange Policy: (Customer pay for return postage fees and replacement postage fees. Jewsilver does not refund any fees)

a. Customer ordered the wrong size.

b. Customer does not like the item in person,such as the color and the style you don't like.

Not Eligible for Return & Exchange Policy:

a. Items that were worn, or sent to you as Replacement/Exchange cannot be returned again.

b.Items without jewsilver jewelry tag.

General Return/Exchange Process

A. Step 1 Initiate your return/exchange

e-mail us and let us know your order number. Our customer service team determines eligibility for refunds & exchanges, a “Return & Exchange” authorization will be sent to you if your purchase meet the criteria .

B. Step 2 Ship product back

Once our customer service has approved your request and provided our return/exchange address to you, you will receive the return labels & instructions by email, please initiate the return/exchange within 7 days by following our instructions.

Please use the shipping method which providing tracking information as well as a signature, so delivery can be confirmed. If the item to be returned/exchanged is shipped without a tracking number, the customer will undertake all liability and no refund once the item is lost by the carrier accidentally.

C. Step 3 Refund or exchange

We will inspect the item in 3-5 working days after receiving your return, and then provide a replacement for an exchange or issue a refund.

Note: Customers are required to print the return label and send it back together with the product.


  • A refund will be provided to the original way of payment within 3-5 business days after we have received it.
  • Please Note: The shipping rate before discount will not be refunded. Maybe you have enjoyed free or undervalued shipping, but we do incur the original cost of shipping for every order. So we won't refund our original shipping cost.
  • For the free shipping orders, we will deduct a $10 shipping fee from their refund.

Order Cancellation:

  • General order will be fully refunded before order is shipped out. 
  • Please note that we CANNOT cancel orders which have been shipped out. Therefore, please wait for your package to arrive and you could contact us to return for refund at any time. Please DO NOT decline the delivery because the undelivered package will be destroyed by the third-party logistics.
