Shipping & Delivery

Our estimated Delivery time=Processing Time + Shipping Time. You can calculate delivery estimates by taking the processing time for your order and adding the delivery time based on the shipping method you've chosen.

Processing Time

• For general orders, the processing time is 48hrs. For presale & custom items, the processing time should be whitin 30 days. We have marked the processing days on the detailed product page. Once your order is shipped, you will get a shipping notification in your mail box which notifying you of your tracking details.

• The time frame mentioned above doesn't cover unexpected issue, including but not limited Government actions, natural disasters, weather distruptions, and etc..
• Expedited Shipping cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or military addresses. We could only ship to P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO, FPO) address via standard shipping method.
• Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Deliveries may take longer accidentally, especially around holidays. And for the order shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will take additional business days, please be patient.

International Shipping 

• Our items could be shipped to 31 countries, about the detailed shipping cost & shipping time for your country, please check our shipping table      
• All orders shipping internationally are subject to additional shipping charges based on taxes, tariffs and duties put into place by that country. Jewsilver is not associated with these fees. The customer is responsible for all fees at the time of delivery.
